Ian Lewis
Iyengar yoga teacher Ian Lewis is coming to Israel from India. We are hosting an intense (but fun!) Iyengar retreat and reboot class at the East West House in Jaffa
The East West House is a miniature palace in the heart of Jaffa and it is a stunning venue to experience an urban spiritual retreat.
This intense workshop is a great way to reboot into Summer and move your body into action! Iyengar is like the ballet of yoga. There is an extreme focus on precision and accuracy of the poses (asanas). It`s a great approach for people who have their head in the sky and who want their feet and bodies on the ground! Beginners with some experience and advanced students welcome.
